Where You’ll Stay
Your home base is Cala Luna Boutique Hotel, a barefoot luxury retreat nestled within three acres of beachfront jungle just steps from the Pacific. Standalone bungalow-style suites with vaulted wood-beamed ceilings are tucked among lush forest paths.
You’ll also experience La Senda, a world-renowned wellness center set on 74 acres of farmland in the dry tropical forest. It’s home to the world’s largest labyrinth — the first certified by the United Nations under its Senderos de Paz Madre Tierra program. Here, personal growth, transformation, and spiritual wisdom converge in a space intentionally designed for the kind of deep inner work that changes how you lead.
How You'll Dine
Nourishment is woven into every part of the experience. At Cala Luna, fine dining meets ethical sourcing — organic produce grown on-site travels from farm to table with no chemicals and no shortcuts. The chef draws from an organic garden steps from the open-air kitchen, turning the freshest ingredients into meals that restore as much as they delight. From handpicked fruits to globally-inspired cuisine rooted in Costa Rican tradition, every meal is designed to fuel both body and mind.
What You'll Do
Each day you’ll dive deeper into the four principles and how they apply to mind, body, and business.
Day 0: Travel
Arrive in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Your journey begins the moment you land.
Day 1: Connection
Settle in, set your intentions, and arrive fully. Enjoy a welcome dinner with your cohort.
Day 2: Ritual

Day 4: Wisdom
Morning movement, deep reflection, and a choose-your-own-adventure afternoon. Experience a ceremony design to mark who you are becoming. Sunset dinner under an open sky.
Day 5: Integration
Where the work begins to take root. Morning practice, one-on-one coaching, and free time to begin weaving what you’ve experienced into the life waiting for you at home. Final group dinner.
Day 6: Travel
Depart for home or extend your stay to explore the beauty of Costa Rica on your own terms.

What if I want to extend my stay or come early?
We recommend spending extra time if you’re able. We’ll have a concierge that can inquire about extending your stay or make suggestions for other options in the area. Your first night of accommodations will give you about 24 hours before the opening of the leadership adventure. If you want to come early, just let us know and we can help arrange accommodations. Contact hello@clquest.com with any inquiries.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we require you to have a travel insurance policy that covers medical evacuation in case of emergency. It will also be helpful to have coverage in case of COVID or other shutdowns which are out of our control. Wanderwell*, Allianz Travel and World Nomads have great travel policies.
*Wanderwell returns a % of purchases towards our scholarship program.
What is your COVID or contagious disease policy?
We will follow all CDC and Costa Rican guidelines for COVID. Masks are not required at this point, but we will follow local guidelines in case that changes. We will be mostly open air. Anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID will be required to test and follow current guidelines.
